A tranquil twist on tradition – alcohol-free, lime-kissed, and soulfully light.

Ingredients
Preparation

Prepare freshly squeezed lemon juice. Make sugar cane syrup by mixing 2 parts sugar with 1 part hot water. Stir until fully dissolved, then let it cool before use.


Instructions
  • Pour the first 4 ingridients into copper mug or glass.
  • Fill two-thirds of the vessel with cubed ice.
  • Top with soda water and stir gently
  • Add a wedge of lime as garnish.
