Ginger Tea in 30 Seconds, with Zenger
Ginger tea without peeling or grating: 25 ml of Zenger, hot water, done. Plus two winter recipes.
It gets dark early. All you need is a cup and a bottle. Ginger tea without peeling, grating or ten minutes of steeping. A splash of Zenger, hot water, done.

Ginger tea in 3 steps
- Pour 25 ml of Zenger into a cup. Bium for bold and pure, Cheum for mild and lightly sweet.
- Top up with 125 to 200 ml of hot water. More water makes it milder, less makes it spicier.
- Stir. Add a slice of lemon or a spoon of honey if you like.
It takes about 30 seconds. No peeling, no grating, no strainer.

Bium or Cheum for your tea?
- Bium: no added sugar, with yuzu and lemon. Spicy, clear, fresh.
- Cheum: lightly sweetened with organic grape juice and elderflower syrup, with yuzu and elderflower. Softer finish.
