Shipment Processing
Same-Day Shipping Cut-Off: Most orders placed before 9 AM CET are processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 9 AM CET will be shipped on the next business day.
Address & Payment Verification: Orders may be placed on hold if we’re unable to verify your shipping address or if your billing details require additional review.
While we do our best to process all orders promptly, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Countries
We currently ship to 20 EU countries within continental Europe.
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark
We do not ship to territories outside the European continent, even if they belong to an EU member state — such as the French overseas territories (Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte) or the Spanish territories outside Europe (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the value of your order (excluding shipping).
Germany
- Orders over €60: Free shipping
- Orders under €60: €6.50 shipping fee
Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, and Spain
- Orders over €90: Free shipping
- Orders under €90: €11.00 shipping fee
Belgium
- Orders over €150: Free shipping
- Orders under €150: €16.00 shipping fee
Other EU countries: Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia
- Orders over €180: Free shipping
- Orders under €180: €19.00 shipping fee
Denmark & Sweden
- 1–3 bottles (0 kg – 4.5 kg): €16.90
- 4–6 bottles (4.5 kg – 9 kg): €22.90
- 7+ bottles (9 kg and above): €39.80
Customs & Duties
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included. These may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Timeline
We prepare each order with care. Your items will be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- Bordering countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Luxembourg, and Netherlands): 2–5 business days
- Other EU destinations: 5–10 business days
Gentle Reminders
- No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
- During promotional periods or due to local logistics conditions, delivery may take longer than expected.
- If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours via our Contact Form.
To process your request, please provide the following:
- Photos clearly showing the damage
- Photos of both the inside and outside of the shipping box
- Your order number
Once all information is submitted and damage is confirmed, ZENGER will promptly reach out and send a replacement product. (Refunds are also available upon request.)
Missing Items
We value completeness in every delivery. If any item from your order is missing, please contact us within 72 hours via our Contact Form.
To help us verify the issue, please provide:
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the received items
- Your order number
- A photo of the packaging (optional)
Once all information is submitted and the missing item is confirmed, ZENGER will promptly reach out and send the missing product. (Refunds are also available upon request.)
Additional Shipping Terms
Signature Confirmation: For your security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Our Customer Care team cannot modify carrier requirements, but we’re always here to help with any questions.
Order Changes/Cancellation Requests: Once an order is sent to our warehouse (daily at 9 AM CET), we begin preparing it right away so it can reach you as quickly as possible.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as you can — we’ll always do our best to assist before the order is processed.
Carrier Shipping Delays: Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may vary during busy periods. We’ll continue to monitor your shipment and support you if any unexpected delays occur.
Returns
Returns Policy
You’re welcome to return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it remains in its original packaging. For clarity, we can only accept returns for items purchased directly through www.zengershot.com
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@zengershot.com with your order number so we can locate your purchase quickly.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or an ordering error, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
Return labels will be issued by us via email once your request is confirmed.
The exact return fee depends on your location and will be shared at the time of your request.
Original Packaging: Item must be returned in its original shipment packaging and include all accessories and documents.
Unauthorized Returns: To ensure every return is processed safely, we ask that all returns be authorized by our Customer Care team before sending them back. Returns sent without authorization may be returned to the sender, and we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged outside our return process.
Order Cancellation & Returns Due to Change of Mind
We honor mindful choices. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form.

The exact fee varies depending on your return address and will be provided once your return request is approved. (For reference, returns within Germany typically incur a fee of around €7.7 per order.)
To ensure smooth tracking and faster processing, we recommend using the return label provided by ZENGER. If you choose an alternative shipping method, limited tracking may delay the refund process.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. They will be issued to your original payment method, with no additional fees.
Please note: refunds may be held until the returned item arrives safely at our warehouse in its original condition.
Returns Due to Ordering Mistake

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form.
We prepare and ship orders promptly. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that ZENGER does not offer exchanges at this time.
If you wish to receive a different product, kindly place a new order. Once your return request is confirmed, ZENGER will issue a return label via email.

Returns Due to Refusal or Delivery Failure
In some cases, a parcel may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed.
This can happen when:
- The delivery is refused (intentionally or unintentionally)
- The address is incomplete or incorrect
- The recipient is unavailable for an extended period
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, the original outbound shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
(If free shipping was applied, the equivalent shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.)
To help avoid delays or additional fees, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete.
Returns
Return Approval : Once we receive your returned item, our Customer Care team will review it in line with the requirements above.
If everything is in order, your refund will be approved.
Processing Your Refund: After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The posting time may vary depending on your payment provider, so please check with them if you have questions about when the credit will appear.
