Where are our products manufactured?
Every bottle of ZENGER is crafted entirely in Germany—from the first infusion to the final seal.

Is the ginger in our drinks heated?
Yes. To preserve the natural goodness of ginger while ensuring a longer shelf life—without the use of preservatives—we gently warm our blends. This careful process helps retain the flavor and vitality of homemade ginger, just as nature intended.
What are the deposits at the bottom of the bottle?
You may notice a gentle settling of ingredients at the bottom of your bottle. This is a natural occurrence—each of our ingredients has its own texture and weight, and because we use only natural elements, separation can happen over time.
There’s no need for concern. Simply give the bottle a good shake before enjoying, and everything will come together in harmony.
Why does the amount of sediment vary between bottles?
Sediment is a natural part of our product and may vary slightly from one bottle to another. This is due to the production process and does not affect the quality, safety, or taste in any way. Every bottle is made with the same care and goodness.

How can I cancel my order?
If ZENGER isn’t quite what you had in mind, we understand. Sometimes the path shifts, and that’s perfectly okay.
We begin preparing your order right away so it can reach you without delay. If you’d like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible through Contact Form. We’ll do our best to assist you before your package is shipped.
If your order has already shipped or arrived, you may still return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of your cancellation notice and returned to your original payment method. Please note: refunds may be held until the item is returned or proof of return is provided.
I received the incorrect or something is missing.
We pour heart into every order, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your parcel arrives with incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours via our Contact Form.
To help us verify the issue, please provide:
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the received items
- Your order number
- A photo of the packaging (optional)
Once all information is submitted and the incorrect or missing item is confirmed,
ZENGER will promptly reach out and send the correct or missing product.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in preparing each parcel, using protective packaging designed with intention. But sometimes the journey can be unpredictable.
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours via our Contact Form.
To process your request, please provide the following:
- Photos clearly showing the damage
- Photos of both the inside and outside of the shipping box
- Your order number
Once all information is submitted and damage is confirmed, ZENGER will promptly reach out and arrange a replacement with ease and warmth.

Can I change the color of the Chrysanthemum Knot charm?
We’re unable to offer color changes for accessories. However, each charm is thoughtfully paired with its own flavor—each one a quiet reflection of its essence. If you’re drawn to a different color, we invite you to explore another blend. You may find a new favorite, both in taste and in spirit.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our part, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping. For other returns, the shipping cost is kindly covered by you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is reviewed, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. It will be issued to your original payment method.
