Mojito

A cooling breeze of citrus and herbs — light, refreshing, and bright.

Ingredients
Preparation

Prepare freshly squeezed lime juice. Make the sugar cane syrup by mixing 2 parts sugar with 1 part hot water. Stir until fully dissolved, then let it cool before use.


Instructions
  • Add the first 4 ingredients  to a glass and fill  it two-thirds full with crushed ice.
  • Stir with a bar spoon to mix.
  • Fill the glass with more crushed ice.
  • Top up with soda water.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint.
