Non-alcoholic Penicillin

Ingredients
Preparation

Prepare the honey syrup by combining 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water. Stir until fully dissolved.

Brew the Lapsang tea using 4.5 grams of tea leaves. Infuse in hot water for 6 minutes, then strain and let it cool before use.

Prepare the butter bean water to use as a foaming agent.


Instructions
  • Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Fine strain the mixture back into the shaker (without the ice).
  • Shake again to create a smooth, frothy texture.
  • Pour into a chilled tumbler and serve.
  • Garnish with a ginger candy.
