Winter Ritual

  • Cut half of the orange into wedges. Squeeze the juice from the other half.
  • In a saucepan, combine 500ml of water, the orange wedges, orange juice, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1 star anise.
  • Bring to a gentle boil over low heat until aromatic.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 50ml (or more to taste) of ZENGER ginger blend.
  • Taste and add an extra splash of ZENGER if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy warm, wrapped in the comfort of winter spices.
