Highball

A sip of subtle vitality – crisp, aromatic, and softly layered.

Ingredients
  • 15ml ZENGER Vital Spark - 비움 Bium
  • 10ml  Unripe grape juice
  • 15ml Bay leaf agave syrup
  • 30ml Quince juice
  • Soda water to top up
Preparation

Prepare pure boiling water over agave nectar  (2 parts agave, 1 part water). Stir well until it‘s dissolved. Add a few fresh bay leaves to the warm syrup.
Let it sit for 30 minutes to release the flavor. Remove the bay leaves and strain the syrup.

Let it cool, then use it to make the mocktail.


Instructions
  • Grab a highball glass.
  • Add the first 4 ingredients into the glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice all the way to the top.
  • Stir gently to mix everything together
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with a fresh bay leaf.
